# Hướng dẫn cài đặt Email Client (Outlook) để gửi/nhận email

**Outlook 2019 là phiên bản chúng ta sẽ tiến hành cấu hình Email sử dụng giao thức POP3/IMAP trong bài viết này.** 

**I/ Đầu tiên bạn mở phần mềm Outlook 2019 lên và khai báo Email của mình vào mục *****Email Address***

Check chọn ***Let me set up my account manually***, chọn ***Connect*** để qua bước tiếp theo

**II/ Bạn chọn giao thức POP/IMAP**

**III/ Nhập các thông tin cấu hình như sau**

Incoming mail server: **mail.thanhlonggroups.com**

**IMAP: Port: 993. Nếu ta xài POP3 thì Port: 995**

Chọn **Encryption method** là **SSL/TLS**

Outgoing mail server **mail.thanhlonggroups.com**

**IMAP/POP3 là Port: 465**

Chọn **Encryption method** là **SSL/TLS**

Chọn ***Next*** để tiếp tục

**IV/ Nhập vào mật khẩu Email**

Chọn ***Connect***

**V/ Thông báo tài khoản đã được thêm vào thành công, chọn *****Done***** để hoàn tất cấu hình.**

Kiểm tra lại Outlook bạn sẽ thấy 1 mail Microsoft Outlook Test Message hệ thống tự động gửi để kiểm tra cấu hình, như vậy là đã cài đặt thành công Email vào Outlook với giao thức POP3

Nếu bạn muốn thay đổi cấu hình tài khoản sau khi hoàn thành các bước trên thì từ Outlook bạn vào menu ***File > Account Settings > Accounts Settings***
